Copine charges no shipping costs for shipping products within the Netherlands from € 150.00. Below €150.00 we charge €6.95 for a package.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days.
Please let us know by email ([email protected]). This only applies to products that have no signs of use/damage, and the product must also be returned in the original packaging.

The shipping costs for returning items are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Items with signs of wear, scratches or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Any damage that occurs during the return shipment is at the expense and responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending the return shipment with a track and trace code, because we cannot take any responsibility if it is lost en route.
